Bosses are the ultimate challenge in every Gate. Defeating them grants the best loot in the game.

Zone 1: Subway
- Name: Rat King
- HP: 5,000
- Attack: Bite (Melee), Summon Rats

Zone 2: Caves
- Name: Arachne
- HP: 25,000
- Attack: Web Shot (Slow), Poison Bite

Zone 3: Jungle

⚔️ General Boss Strategies
1. The “Sharpshooter” Rule
ALWAYS invest in the Sharpshooter stat if you want to deal damage to bosses.
- 0 Sharpshooter = 50% Damage Penalty
- 100 Sharpshooter = Normal Damage
- 200+ Sharpshooter = Bonus Damage
2. Phase mechanics
Most bosses have 2 phases:
- Phase 1 (100% - 50% HP): Normal attacks.
- Phase 2 (<50% HP): Boss turns red (Enrage), attacks faster, deals +50% damage.
3. Break Gauge
Under the boss HP bar is a yellow “Break Gauge”.
- Hit the boss with Heavy Attacks to deplete it.
- When broken, the boss is Stunned for 5 seconds. This is your DPS window!
